working principle
In the working state, the speed regulation motor drives the vertical drive shaft to rotate through the transmission device, and the material enters the powder dressing chamber through the inlet at the top of the separator.
Then the pipe between the upper and lower cones of the medium coarse powder collecting cone falls on the distributing plate, which rotates with the vertical drive shaft, and the material is uniformly scattered around the area under the action of the inertia centrifugal force.
Under the action of high speed airflow through the inlet of the dispersed material, the coarse particles in the material are dumped to the inner wall of the powder dressing chamber by the action of inertial centrifugal force.
After the collision, the kinetic energy slid down the wall and fell into the coarse powder collecting cone. The rest of the particles were rolled up by the swirling updraft, passing through the action zone of the gale leaves, under the impact of the gale leaves.
Another part of the coarse powder particles are thrown into the inner wall of the powder chamber and the kinetic energy is lost along the wall after collision and falls into the coarse powder collecting cone.
After passing through the gale leaf, the medium coarse powder and fine powder continued to rise through the vertical guide blade into the secondary powder separation area under the action of updraft.
Due to the strong and stable plane eddy current formed by the rotating cage rotor, the dust flow causes the medium coarse powder to be thrown to the vertical guide blade under the action of centrifugal force and loses its kinetic energy, then falls into the medium coarse powder collecting cone and is discharged through the medium coarse powder tube.
The required fine powder passes through the cage rotor into its interior and enters the high efficiency low resistance cyclone separator with the circulating wind and then falls into the fine powder collecting cone to become the finished product.

The T-Sepax high-efficiency three separation separator adopts two-stage separation and three-stage dispersion, which can divide the material into three parts, I. e., "coarse powder > 150um", "coarse powder" (60um < d < 150um) and "fine powder". The coarse particles in the mixed powder can be collected into the coarse powder cone. The second grade region is an accurate classification area, and the classification is completed in the annular region composed of the guide blade and the straight cage rotor. 3. Advanced classification principle.

The resistance of the equipment is significantly reduced, the powder separation efficiency is higher, and the energy saving and consumption reduction is very obvious.
The rotor of the separator is equipped with a national invention patent eddy current rectifier, the flow of air in the rotor only rises and does not rotate relative to the rotor, so the gas flow field on the surface of the classifier ring is uniform and stable: the relative error of the air flow is less than 5% anywhere.
When the air flow enters the rotor, the driving force of the rotor is reduced because of the moment of momentum, and the driving power is saved and the wear is reduced.
